Her intention is to create a space rooted in acceptance, safety, and love, where individuals can authentically explore their own journeys. To cultivate the best experience, please come to the session with an intention. An open intention is also welcome to leave space for whatever wants to come through. To maximize your comfort, we suggest limiting food to 2 hours before and water to 1 hour before your session.
ONLINE- We invite you to set up a space where you feel comfortable and safe and will not be disturbed. You are welcome to use headphones, an eye mask, incense/essential oils, a blanket or pillow, a yoga mat or anything else that will feel supportive to your practice. It may be helpful to have a journal and a pen close by to reflect on your thoughts after your session if you choose. Please set up your computer or phone in a way that we can see your body while in session. This will allow us to support and guide you to the best of our ability. You are in full control of your body throughout the session. We honor the pace, intensity, and type of breath that will feel right to you every moment throughout.

Within the realm of breathwork, the continuous practice of deep breathing instigates transformative changes in the body. While most breathers have a positive experience, it is suggested to consult your doctor before attending a session, if you have a severe medical condition including but not limited to asthma, cardiovascular disease, COPD, high blood pressure, or if you are pregnant.
