Functional Breathwork


Breath is one of the most foundational systems to understand for you well-being. Using functional breathwork looks at you as a person and supports your needs and desires to become more empowered, responsive, calm, and balanced. These sessions are for you if you want coaching and support to get to the root of your stress. You will learn to use the simple and effective tool, breathwork, for in the moment stressors and restorative practices to support yourself in this journey of life.

Experiential Breathwork


This style of breathwork session is more meditative. This session is for you if you want to unhook your mind, connect to your body, and have an experience. People tend to have breakthrough or "ah ha" moments in these sessions about the way the have lived or patterns that have played out.

If you're curious about breathwork and want to explore whether it's a good fit for you, or if you've experienced breathwork before and know this is exactly what you need, this option is for you.

For those seeking deeper transformation, understanding that consistent practice and accountability lead to the best results, these packages are designed with you in mind.
With multiple sessions, you'll also have the option for continued support through messaging during Katie's office hours.

PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION

To cultivate the best experience, please come to the session with an intention. An open intention is also welcome to leave space for whatever wants to come through. To maximize your comfort, we suggest limiting food to 2 hours before and water to 1 hour before your session.

PREPPING THE SPACE

ONLINE- We invite you to set up a space where you feel comfortable and safe and will not be disturbed. You are welcome to use headphones, an eye mask, incense/essential oils, a blanket or pillow, a yoga mat or anything else that will feel supportive to your practice. It may be helpful to have a journal and a pen close by to reflect on your thoughts after your session if you choose. Please set up your computer or phone in a way that we can see your body while in session. This will allow us to support and guide you to the best of our ability. You are in full control of your body throughout the session. We honor the pace, intensity, and type of breath that will feel right to you every moment throughout.

IN-PERSON- Please bring a yoga mat and anything else that would make you comfortable like an eye mask, incense/essential oils, a blanket or pillow, etc. It may be helpful to have a journal and a pen close by to reflect on your thoughts after your session if you choose.
