Whether you’re brand new to breathwork or simply looking to reconnect with your foundation, this 60-minute experience will guide you through education, awareness, and embodied practice.
What You’ll Learn:
What breathwork really is—and how it supports your whole system
The benefits of working with your breath (body, mind, emotions, and nervous system)
A simple understanding of how the nervous system responds to stress and safety
How to tune into your body and breath with gentle awareness
The difference between activating and calming breath techniques
A guided 15–20 minute breathwork practice to integrate everything you’ve learned

Katie is a certified Trauma- Informed breathwork facilitator and the co-founder of Flourish As One- Breath & Wellness. With a background in functional and meditative breathwork, Katie blends science and softness to help others reconnect with their breath, body, and inner wisdom. Her workshops are grounded, welcoming spaces where people can slow down, tune in, and remember the power they hold within.
