Katie has trained with multiple breathwork companies, accumulating years of experience in personal breathwork practice. Her passion lies in aiding others to release enduring patterns imposed upon them. Embracing a trauma-informed approach, Katie prioritizes unconditional acceptance and safety, fostering an environment where individuals feel embraced without judgment. Additionally, Katie emphasizes the importance of connecting with the body and harnessing the breath to release everyday stress, empowering individuals to cultivate a sense of inner peace and balance in their daily lives.
Erin has undergone training to become a breathwork facilitator, complementing her degree in occupational therapy. This journey has filled her with a profound sense of fulfillment as she strives to contribute to our community. Her personal experiences, particularly in navigating the challenges of caring for her two medically complex children, have enriched her understanding of trauma and the profound healing potential of breathwork.
