Spring Awakening
A journey to refresh, renew, and realign with the energy of spring.
As the world around us shifts from winter’s stillness into spring’s vibrant renewal, it’s time to awaken your energy, release stagnation, and set new intentions.
Spring Awakening is an immersive experience designed to help you move into this new season with clarity, creativity, and balance.
Through breathwork, creative expression, and community we will regulate our nervous systems together, creating space for fresh energy and deeper alignment.
Bring your best intentions to plant
—just like seeds awakening beneath the soil, this is an opportunity to nurture what you want to grow within yourself.
This is more than a workshop—it’s a space to reconnect, reset, and step into spring with lightness, inspiration, and ease.
Spring is a time of transformation, making it the perfect moment to tap into your creative energy. Through guided crafting, you’ll bring your seasonal intention to life in a tangible way. Creativity isn’t just about making art—it’s a tool for self-discovery, helping us connect with our inner voice, set clear intentions, and embody change with purpose.
Just as nature moves from stillness into new life, our breath mirrors the shifting seasons. Breathwork offers a powerful reset for the body and mind, helping to clear out lingering heaviness from winter and invite fresh vitality. Through intentional breathing, we’ll regulate the nervous system, cultivate ease, and awaken a sense of renewal from within.
.
Spring is nature’s reminder that growth happens in cycles. The days grow longer, the earth softens, and new life emerges. This workshop invites you to attune to that rhythm—both in the world around you and within yourself. By aligning with the season’s energy, we can embrace change with grace, release what no longer serves us, and step forward with a sense of
clarity, openness, and possibility.
Not at all! This workshop is designed for all levels, whether you’re brand new to breathwork and creative expression or have practiced them before. The practices are simple, accessible, and meant to support you exactly where you are.
An Intention for the Season Ahead – This can be a word, a feeling, or a personal commitment to growth. 🧘
Comfort Items – A yoga mat, blanket, or anything that helps you feel comfortable during the breathwork portion, as you will be lying down. 🍃 A Leaf or
Plant Cutting – Bring a piece of nature for our creative activity. This could be a pothos, Swiss cheese plant, monstera, fern, or any outdoor leaf that calls to you.
