The Summer Solstice Experience

Welcome

At the height of the sun’s power, we gather to remember our own.

Summer Solstice marks a moment of fullness, when light stretches the longest, and life bursts into bloom.

It invites us to pause, reflect, and realign with what matters most. This workshop is an opportunity to stand in your own light, shed what no longer fits, and breathe new life into your intentions.

Together, we’ll move through a guided journey of:

  • Somatic movement to awaken and reconnect with your body

  • Breathwork to release limiting beliefs and claim your radiance

  • Creative reflection to rewrite patterns

  • Integration time to ground your experience and carry it forward (food and drink provided)

This is a space for anyone ready to meet themselves more fully, with curiosity, compassion, and courage. No experience is needed. We ask for just a willingness to show up, breathe, and explore what’s possible.

Come as you are. Leave with a deeper connection to who you are becoming.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What should I bring?

We’ll provide any materials needed for the creative expression portion, but we recommend bringing:

  • A yoga mat or blanket (we’ll be lying down for breathwork)

  • A pillow or cushion for extra comfort

  • A journal and pen for integration and reflection

  • A water bottle Anything else that helps you feel supported and grounded (layers, eye mask, essential oil, etc.)

Come as you are—comfortable clothes, open heart, no pressure to be anything other than yourself.

2. I’ve never done breathwork or creative movement before. Is this for me?

Yes! This experience is designed to support all levels and backgrounds. You don’t need any prior experience with breathwork, movement, or meditation. Each practice is guided, and you’re encouraged to participate in the way that feels right for you.

3. Is this a women-only event?

Not at all. This space is open to all genders. We welcome anyone called to reconnect with their body, express more freely, and release what no longer aligns.

4. Will I need to speak or share in a group?

There will be opportunities for optional reflection and connection, but nothing is ever required. All of the practices and activities throughout the workshop are invitational—you are welcome to share, stay quiet, or express in whatever way feels safe and true for you. This is your experience, and you get to choose how you engage with it.

5. What if I can’t stay for the whole event?

We encourage you to attend the full experience if possible to receive the full experience. If you know you need to leave early, just let us know ahead of time so we can support you in closing your experience gently.
